    Enjoy a warm welcome with a fresh “tinto” while learning about the farm’s history and the social importance of coffee in Colombia.
  • Plantation Walk
    Walk through lush trails and learn about the different varieties of coffee, the ecosystem, and how altitude affects flavor profiles.
    Your guide will explain the importance of altitude, climate, and volcanic soil in developing unique flavor profiles.
  • The Harvest Experience
    Put on a traditional “poncho” and “canasto” (basket) to become a coffee grower for a day. Learn how to identify and handpick only the ripest red cherries.
  • The Wet Mill Process
    Follow the beans to the mill to see the depulping, fermentation, and washing stages. Discover how sustainable methods protect our natural water sources.
  • Drying & Selection
    Visit the drying “patios” or “marquesinas” to see how the beans reach their optimal moisture level before being hand-sorted for quality.
  • The Roasting Ritual
    Experience the transformation of green beans into aromatic brown gold. Learn how different roasting levels highlight acidity, body, and sweetness.
  • Professional Cupping Session
