Your guide will explain the importance of altitude, climate, and volcanic soil in developing unique flavor profiles. - The Harvest Experience
Put on a traditional “poncho” and “canasto” (basket) to become a coffee grower for a day. Learn how to identify and handpick only the ripest red cherries. - The Wet Mill Process
Follow the beans to the mill to see the depulping, fermentation, and washing stages. Discover how sustainable methods protect our natural water sources. - Drying & Selection
Visit the drying “patios” or “marquesinas” to see how the beans reach their optimal moisture level before being hand-sorted for quality. - The Roasting Ritual
